Weekly Sunday Rides, 9:00 am, from Cycleast – Year ‘Round

WOMEN ONLY, MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS  This intermediate, ladies-only ride leaves from Cycleast every Sunday morning. The ride is 2.5-3 hours and averages 15-16 mph, with routes varying each week. These rides are great opportunities for women looking to continue their fitness, learn new routes and meet new riding partners. General group ride expectation: comfort riding in a group, road bike, helmet, bike in good working condition, water & nutrition, flat changing tools, no headphones.

Weekly Wednesday Workouts, 6:00 pm – March Through September

MEMBERS ONLY  Wednesday Workouts are designed for everyone from the novice to the seasoned racer. They are formatted so everyone will be able to work at her own pace and still be with the group. After a short warm-up as a group, we will start the workout with everyone doing the intervals at her own pace, determined either by power, heart rate or perceived effort. Experienced riders will be on the road to offer advice, answer questions, and get you started.
